It is not guaranteed that this effort will stop collection efforts if the debt is too delinquent, but reaching out to these professionals is a good first step to settle the obligation. Of course, you will be responsible for any legal expenses and other associated costs. Our referral resource representatives will review the process and explain all options available to you.

If you have Federal student loans and are current but need to consolidate your payments, InCharge will refer you to a resource offered by the United States Government. They can help you find a consolidation loan that may reduce your monthly payment and extend the amount of time for you to repay beyond what was available in the separate loan programs.
